Moreno's History

Moreno & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1993 by J. Ernesto Moreno with the intent of providing superior maintenance services to the small to medium size client. Ernesto was first introduced to the industry in 1985 after graduating from Santa Clara University.  He started his career as a custodian and was trained on all the basics from the ground floor up. Soon working himself up to an on-site BSC Manager and then part owner of a separate enterprise. 5 years later, he started Moreno & Associates.

Ernesto believed that many clients needing these services were not being provided with professional building maintenance and quality operational and management systems. On top of that, he found that many large firms were being neglected as well. From Ernesto’s experience, he knew how important it was to put together a strong team in order to run a successful business. As the years passed, two employees eventually grew to over 220 employees. Though we have grown, our company has never lost its core value of family first.
