We ask for payment within 30 days of the invoice date and can offer a discount for payment received within 15 days.

Moreno & Associates is not signatory to any union. However, we do bid to prevailing wage requirements. We also offer market competitive wages and benefits.

No, Moreno & Associates, Inc. is a family-owned company established in 1993 and is currently operated by its founder and owner J. Ernesto Moreno.
Ninety percent of our business is maintained by Moreno employees. Ten percent is provided by certified sub-contractors who have a long-standing relationship with our team.
It is difficult to bid by the square foot as a standard. We prefer to see your facility in person in order to give the best price possible. Once a price is established, the cost per square foot can be determined.
Every building is different. As such, only general estimates can be made without a walkthrough. A Moreno & Associates, Inc. representative is available at your convenience to visit your facility and provide you with a custom quote.
We are a full service building maintenance company. We provide many value-added services, including carpet care, floor stripping and waxing, clean room care, day porters, window cleaning, light handyman services, antimicrobial coating and many more. We also have a C-33 license and can provide complete painting services.
